This page explains what Diego Bike Bag Rental collects and why.

What we collect

When you send a request: your name, email, phone number, bike type and size, and any trip notes you add. At pickup we check a photo ID. We don’t copy or store it.

What we use it for

Only to handle your rental: to reply, arrange pickup and return, and keep a record of the rental. We don’t sell your information and we don’t use it for advertising. We share it only with the services we need to run the rental, such as payment, email and website hosting.

Tracking

This site has no advertising trackers, no session-replay tools and no third-party analytics. It sets no cookies for visitors.

How long we keep it

Rental records are kept for 2 years, then deleted, except payment records we’re required to keep for tax purposes. You can ask us to delete yours sooner by writing to the email address at the bottom of this page.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe through a secure link, and card details never pass through this site. If you pay by Zelle or Venmo instead, that app handles the payment under its own privacy policy, and we see only your name and the amount.
